Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, but kindly note our cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made 30 days prior to the scheduled excursion will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 29 days of the scheduled excursion are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations on the day of the excursion will be charged the full amount.
