When the trip includes a beach lunch and the catch is legal to retain, your morning’s fish may become a simple BBQ meal on a sandy beach. It is not a guaranteed catch or menu—the guide follows Belize’s species, season and size rules.

When Weather Changes the Plan
Reef and inshore fishing can hold up better than exposed flats fishing in marginal conditions because more sheltered water may be available. Passing rain alone does not automatically cancel the trip.

Who Will Guide You?
Your trip is run by Captain Nato, his brothers Ezequiel or Tayo, or Nato’s son Hazi. Four guides, one family standard: patient, professional and comfortable teaching guests who are new to fishing.
Bringing Children?
Tell us their ages, comfort on boats and whether they want to fish all day. Reef fishing is usually the most straightforward recommendation for a child who wants steady action without the technical demands of sight-casting on the flats.
Pickup Area
Pickup may be available from Las Terrazas south through Ambergris Caye when sea conditions allow. Guests staying farther north can meet at the San Pedro dock or near Castaway Belize.
